By accessing or using the website and services of Financial Transformation Hub ("FTH," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FTH provides professional financial advisory and reporting services, including but not limited to:

  • Transformation of financial statements from local GAAP (Ukrainian accounting standards) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Preparation of complete IFRS financial statement packages, including the statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and accompanying notes
  • Audit support and due diligence assistance, including preparation of working files and communication with auditors
  • Structuring financial information for investors, funds, and other international stakeholders
  • Advisory services on IFRS implementation, accounting policy development, and financial reporting processes

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement shall be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between FTH and the client.

3. Use of Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the website without our prior written consent
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software to the website

  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FTH for the specific services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

FTH is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We undertake the following obligations:

  • All financial data, documents, and information provided by clients in the course of our engagement will be treated as strictly confidential
  • We will not disclose client information to any third party without the client's prior written consent, except where required by law, regulation, or court order
  • Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional codes of conduct
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement

Specific confidentiality provisions may be further defined in individual service agreements between FTH and the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any legal relationship arising from the use of our website or the provision of our services shall be subject to Ukrainian legislation, including the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Code of Ukraine, and other applicable regulatory acts.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the services provided by FTH, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Ukraine in accordance with the applicable procedural legislation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.

9. Changes to Terms

FTH reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
